【摘要】 目的探讨抗Ⅱ型胶原(抗-CⅡ)抗体检测在类风湿关节炎(RA)诊治中的应用价值。方法用ELISA方法检测RA患者(RA组,158例)、强直性脊柱炎(AS组,67例)患者和124例正常人(HC组)血清抗-CⅡ抗体含量。抗-CⅡ抗体阳性RA患者63例中有21例经治疗后随访2个月,比较治疗前后血清抗-CⅡ抗体含量。结果 RA组患者血清抗-CⅡ抗体含量高于HC组和AS组[(111.80±3.10)AU/ml vs.(20.10±0.90)AU/ml和(7.20±0.50)AU/ml](P<0.05),抗-CⅡ抗体阳性患者血清类风湿因子(RF)和血沉(ESR)较抗-CⅡ抗体阴性患者升高(P<0.05);RA患者经治疗后抗-CⅡ抗体下降(P<0.05)。结论抗-CⅡ抗体可作为RA的辅助诊断和监测疗效的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application significance of anti-type Ⅱ collagen antibody(anti-CⅡ Ab)in diagnosis and treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Serum anti-CⅡ Ab was detected by ELISA in RA patients(group RA,158 cases),ankylosing spondylitis patients(group AS,67cases)and healthy controls(group HC).Twenty-one patients in63 cases with anti-CⅡ Ab positive were followed up for 2months after treatment and serum levels of anti-CⅡ Ab before and after treatment were compared.Results Serum level of anti-CⅡ Ab was significantly higher in group RA than that in groups of HC and AS[(111.80±3.10)AU/ml vs.(20.10±0.90) AU/ml and(7.20±0.50)AU/ml](P<0.05).Serum levels of rheumatoid factor(RF)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were higher in RA patients with anti-CⅡ Ab positive than those in RA patients with anti-CⅡ Ab negative(P<0.05),which were obviously decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The anti-CⅡ Ab can be used as a diagnostic maker of RA and a monitoring index for therapeutic efficacy.更多还原
