【摘要】 [背景]观察针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效.[病例报告]选择神经性耳鸣患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例.对照组给予针刺治疗,治疗组给予针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗,30d后观察两组疗效.对照组总有效率为76.6%,治疗组为85.4%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.834,P<0.05).[讨论]针刺配合通窍活血汤治疗神经性耳鸣临床疗效较好.更多还原

【Abstract】 BACKGROUND To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of acupuncture combined with Orifice-freeing and blood-quickening decoction on nervous tinnitus.CASEREPORTS60 cases of tinnitus patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in per group.The control group was treated with acupuncture;and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and Orifice-freeing and blood-quickening decoction,the clinical therapeutic effects were observed after 30 days.The total effective rate was 76.6%in the control group,while 85.4%in the treatment group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(χ2=8.834,P<0.05).DISCUSSIONAcupuncture combined with Orifice-freeing and blood-quickening decoction had better clinical effects on nervous tinnitus.更多还原
