【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预对妇产科围术期感染的预防作用。方法选择妇产科行手术治疗的患者190例,分为对照组和观察组,各95例。对照组实施妇产科常规护理和感染预防措施;观察组在此基础上给予个性化的护理干预措施。观察2组患者不同手术方式感染率及不同感染部位分布差异;比较2组患者护理前后情绪变化。结果观察组围术期总感染率为17.89%(17/95),显著低于对照组总感染率35.79%(34/95)(P<0.05),2组中手术方式感染情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组呼吸系统感染率为11.76%(2/17)显著低于对照组组呼吸系统感47.06%(16/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)量表评分降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科患者围术期实施个性化护理干预措施可降低感染发生率,改善患者情绪,促进患者术后康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing interventions on perioperative infection in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of190 patients who received surgical treatment were divided into control group and observation group,with 95 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine nursing and infection preventive measures,and observation group was added with individual nursing interventional measures. The infection rates of different surgical methods and the distribution difference in different infectious sites were observed in both groups,and emotional changes before and after nursing were compared between two groups. Results The total infection rate in perioperative period was 17. 89%( 17 /95) in observation group,which was evidently lower than 35. 79%( 34 /95) in control group( P < 0. 05). However,there was no significant difference between two groups in the infection conditions associated with surgical methods( P > 0. 05). In addition,the respiratory tract infection rate was 11. 76%( 2 /17) in observation group,which was notably lower than the 47. 06%( 16 /34) in control group,and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Observation group had significant decrease in self-rating depression scale( SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) scores( P < 0. 05).
