【摘要】 目的:分析流式细胞术检测B细胞淋巴瘤患者CyclinD1和BCL-2的价值,为临床检测提供参考。方法:选取黄岛中医医院收治淋巴瘤患者53例为研究对象,另外选取本院同期收治健康体检者50例为健康对照组,采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测各亚型淋巴瘤患者CyclinD 1和BCL-2表达水平。结果:在稀释时间1 min和稀释比例1:20时细胞形态最完整,在4 min时FCM检测到的破膜后的细胞形态最佳。健康对照组与B细胞淋巴瘤患者的CyclinD1和BCL-2平均荧光强度差异明显,B细胞淋巴瘤CyclinD1(1.824±0.315)和BCL-2水平(4.257±0.528)显著高于健康对照组CyclinD1(0.634±0.153)和BCL-2水平(1.926±0.328)(P<0.01),HL组患者CyclinD1和BCL-2表达水平显著低于NHL组患者CyclinD1和BCL-2的表达水平(P<0.05);经过治疗,B淋巴瘤的CyclinD1和BCL-2表达水平显著低于治疗前CyclinD1和BCL-2的水平(P<0.05)。结论:采用流式细胞术检测B细胞淋巴瘤患者的CyclinD1和BCL-2水平方便可行,不同淋巴瘤患者的CyclinD1和BCL-2的表达水平表达不一,可以作为疗效判定指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility and value of detecting CyclinDl and BCL-2 in patients with B-cell lymphoma by using flow cytometry.Methods:Fifty- three patients with lymphoma were selected,and 50 healthy persons in the same period were selected as control.The expression levels of CyclinDl and BCL-2 in patients with various subtypes of lymphoma were detected by using flow cytometry(FCM).Results:When the dilution time was 1min and the dilution proportion was 1:20,the cell morphology was the best complete,at the 4 min the cell morphology was best status.The mean fluorescence intensity of CyclinDl and BCL-2 between persons of control group and patients with B-cell lymphoma showed significant difference,the CyclinDl level(1.824 ±0.315) and BCL-2 levels(4.257 ±0.528) of patients with B-cell lymphoma were obviously higher than the CyclinDl level(0.634 ±0.153) and BCL-2level(1.926 ±0.328) of persons in control group,the CyclinDl and BCL-2 expression levels of patients with HL were significantly lower than CyclinDl and BCL-2 levels of patients with NHL(P < 0.01).After treatment,the expression levels of CyclinDl and BCL-2 in patients with B lymphoma were significantly lower than these befor treatment.Conclusion:Using the method of flow cytometry for detecting CyclinDl and BCL-2 expression levels in lymphoma cells of patients is feasible,and it can be applied clinically to evaluate the treatment efficacy.更多还原
