【摘要】 客观认识中国经济进入新常态是新阶段一切工作的基础,因为新常态是经济发展内外因共同作用的结果,带有规律性。显然,原有发展理念、发展模式已经不适应新阶段的要求,只有以新理念指导新实践才能实现新阶段的新发展。具体来看,在落实"五大发展理念"时只有贯穿"使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用和更好地发挥政府作用"的指导思想,才能保证全面建成小康社会,促进中国经济从量的追求为主转向以质的追求为主;只有以马克思主义基本原理和方法为指导,以新阶段的新实践为基础,才能在阐释新理念的过程中丰富和发展当代马克思主义,完善中国特色社会主义政治经济学。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the basis of the new practice to understand the new economic norm in China in new period,as the new norm state is the result of economic development law with internal and external. Obviously,the old development model cannot meet the new practice,and we must use new ideas to guide the new practice and achieve new development. We should regard it as the guiding ideology that is the "making the market play a decisive role in the allocation of resources and better playing of the role as government"when we will implement the five concepts of development and attain the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society. Then the economic pursuit will become quality from quantity. In short,the basic principles and main methods of Marxism should be the guide principles with the base of new practice in new period. By interpreting the new concepts in new period,the contemporary Chinese Marxist will be enriched and the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics will be perfected.更多还原
