【摘要】 目的研究无痛管理对胫骨平台骨折患者的围手术期的镇痛效果及关节功能恢复的影响,探讨无痛管理对构建和谐医患关系的作用。方法选取西安市某医院2014年1月至2015年3月的胫骨平台骨折患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机原则分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者进行无痛管理,对照组患者进行常规镇痛管理,比较两组患者的术前术后疼痛评分及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果术前两组患者疼痛评分无明显差异,术后两组患者疼痛评分有差异,实验组疼痛评分低于对照组;术后患者膝关节功能康复状况实验组明显优于对照组。结论采用无痛管理不但可以有效缓解胫骨平台骨折患者的术后疼痛程度,减轻患者因疼痛而带来的身心不适,还有利于患者在术后尽早开展功能康复锻炼,体现了尊重、有利无害的伦理原则,是创建和谐医患关系的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of painless management model on the postoperative pain and knee joint function among the patients with fracture of tibia plateau and discuss the function of painless management for constructing harmonious doctor- patient relationship.Methods:Sixty patients with fracture of tibia plateau from January 2014 to March 2015 were recruited and divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the observation group( n = 30) weretreated with painless management models,while patients in the control group( n = 30) were treated with routine analgesic management.Then the pain scores and knee joint function recovery status of two groups were compared.Results:Before surgery,pain scores of the two groups were roughly equal with no significant difference,but after the surgery,both the patient’s pain scores and knee joint function in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Not only could painless ward management model effectively alleviate orthopedic postoperative pain,reducing patients’ physical and mental discomfort caused by pain,but also improve knee joint function rehabilitation exercise in the early postoperative stage of tibia plateau fracture.Painless management model incarnated the ethical principles of respect,benefit and harmlessness,and it is the basis of harmonious doctor- patient relationship.更多还原
