【摘要】 目的了解新疆喀什地区健康儿童百日咳抗体水平。方法在喀什地区7个县中选择0~6岁健康儿童255名,采用问卷调查收集儿童的基本信息、疫苗接种史、百日咳患病史。采集静脉血并分离血清,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)检测百日咳IgG抗体。结果百日咳抗体阳性率为22.000%(51/255),抗体浓度中位数7.841国际单位(International Unit,IU)/ml。百日咳抗体浓度随年龄的增加而增加,二者呈正相关(r=0.356,P<0.001)。有3、4剂次百白破疫苗接种史的儿童中,2009年以前出生的儿童其抗体阳性率明显高于2009年及以后出生儿童。结论喀什地区0~6岁儿童百日咳IgG抗体阳性率较低,接种无细胞百白破(Diphtheria-Tetanus-acellular Pertussis,DTa P)和全细胞百白破(Diphtheria-Tetanus-whole-cell Pertussis,DTwP)疫苗产生的抗体阳性率均不高,但DTa P抗体阳性率较DTwP更低一些,建议国家加强百日咳组分疫苗的研制,在降低百白破疫苗接种不良反应发生率的同时,能够提高百日咳的疫苗接种效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine Ig G Antibody level of Pertussis among the healthy children in Kashgar,Xinjiang Uygur autonomous Region( Xinjiang). Methods 255 healthy children aged from 0 to 6 were selected years in 7 towns of Kashgar.Basic information. History of pertussis infection and vaccine immunization were collected by questionnaire. A blood sample was collected and separated and pertussis immunoglobulin G antibody was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results The positivity for Ig G antibody was 22. 00%( 51 /255),and the median of antibody concentration was 7.84 International Unit( IU) / ml. Antibody concentration increased with age,and there was a positive correlation( r = 0. 356,P <0. 001). Among the children with 3 or 4 doses of Diphtheria-Tetanus-Pertussis( DTP) vaccines,the Ig G antibody positivity for the children born before 2009 was significantly higher than those born after 2009. Conclusion The Ig G antibody positivity is lower in Kashgar,Xinjiang among 0 to 6 years children. The Ig G antibody positivity of Diphtheria-Tetanus-acellular Pertussis( DTa P) and Diphtheria-Tetanus-whole-cell Pertussis( DTwP) vaccine was not high,and the immunogenicity of DTa P is lower than that of DTwP. It suggests that the national should strengthen the research of the component of pertussis vaccine,while reducing the incidence of DPT vaccine adverse reactions to improve the effect of pertussis vaccine inoculation.更多还原
