【摘要】 目的了解医学生到农村三级医疗卫生机构的就业意向和影响因素,为缓解医学生就业难和农村医疗卫生机构人才缺乏提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,对四川大学、成都中医药大学、成都医学院、川北医学院、雅安职业技术学院5所学校随机抽取医学相关专业605人进行调查,通过卡方检验、Logistic多因素回归法分析医学生农村就业相关影响因素。结果 37.19%的医学生表示毕业后愿意去农村三级医疗卫生机构工作,其中表示很愿意去的仅7.44%。专科院校学生农村就业意向是本科院校学生的2.263倍(P=0.004),全科医学专业学生的农村就业意向是临床医学专业学生的3.733倍(P<0.001)。就业指导和实习经历对医学生农村就业意向有影响。结论个人及家庭因素、学校的就业指导等对在医学生农村就业中有重要作用,如何解决医学生服务基层的热情与客观条件的矛盾将成为今后工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the medical undergraduates’ employment intention and determinants, in order to provide the reference for alleviating employment difficulty and the shortage of professionals in rural health institutions. Methods A total of 605 medical undergraduates from Sichuan University, Chengdu University of TCM,Chengdu Medical College, North Sichuan Medical College and Ya’an Polytechnic College were surveyed by questionnaire.The intention to work in rural health institutions and determinants were analyzed by a chi-square test and the logistic multifactor regression. Results 37.19% of the medical undergraduates were willing to work in rural health institutions, and only 7.44% of the medical undergraduates were very willing to work there. It showed that the employment intention of college undergraduates was 2.263 times higher than university undergraduates(P = 0.004). The employment intention of undergraduates majoring in general medicine was 3.733 times higher than the undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine(P <0.001). The employment guidance and practice experience also influenced the undergraduates’ employment intention.Conclusion The factors such as personal requirements and family circumstance, employment guidance influenced the medical undergraduates’ employment intention. How to solve the conflict between the medical undergraduates’ enthusiasm for working in the rural and the objective conditions will be a focus in the future.更多还原
