【摘要】 目的了解江苏省农村妇女心理健康现状及其影响因素,从而推动新农村的和谐发展。方法采取分层随机抽样的方法,采用自行设计问卷及SCL-90量表对1 551名农村妇女进行调查。结果江苏省农村妇女的心理异常率为34.82%,多因素Logistic回归显示,江苏省农村妇女心理健康的影响因素有文化程度、睡眠质量、健康状况、体检方式、婆媳关系、丈夫是否外出打工。结论江苏省农村留守妇女心理健康状况较差,文化程度低、睡眠质量差、健康状况差、体检频率低、婆媳关系不好、丈夫外出打工者,其心理健康状况更差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to learn about the situation and influencing factors of mental health of rural women in Jiangsu province, in order to promote the harmonious development of new countryside. Methods A total of 1551 rural women were selected by the stratified random sampling method and were surveyed by self-designed questions and SCL-90. Results The abnormal rate of rural women in Jiangsu was 34.82%. By multivariate analysis, the main influencing factors of the mental health among rural women in Jiangsu consists of the level of education, quality of sleep, state of health, way of physical examination,sentiment with mother-in-law and whether her husband go out to work. Conclusion The situation of mental health of rural women in Jiangsu was bad. It is worse when the rural women have less education, less physical examinations, worse sleep, unhealthier bodies, worse interactions with mother-in-laws, or husbands going out to work for a long time.更多还原
