【摘要】 目的了解上海市徐汇区不同人群对艾滋病/梅毒防治知识知晓情况,为控制艾滋病/梅毒的流行提供科学依据。方法按照中国疾病预防控制中心性病控制中心提供的方案和问卷,对辖区不同人群进行面对面的问卷调查,用SPSS 16.0进行统计分析。结果共调查了1241人。总人群的艾滋病/梅毒防治知识知晓率分别为90.73%(1126/1241)和75.50%(937/1241)。不同人群的艾滋病/梅毒防治知识知晓率存在统计学差异,女性性工作者(FSW)、吸毒者(DUS)、孕产妇(PRG)的艾滋病/梅毒防治知识知晓率分别为97.87%(414/423)、86.88%(351/404)、87.20%(361/414)和89.83%(380/423)、74.01%(299/404)、62.32%(258/414)。获得梅毒相关知识的途径主要有电视、宣传材料、朋友或同伴和宣传活动及网络。结论人群梅毒防治知识知晓率相对偏低,今后可借助艾滋病宣传教育的经验和契机,广泛开展梅毒防治知识的宣传教育,提高广大人民群众对艾滋病和梅毒的正确认知,有效控制艾滋病和梅毒传播。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand awareness of AIDS/syphilis related knowledge among different populations in Xuhui district of Shanghai and to provide scientific evidence for the development of AIDS/syphilis prevention strategies.Methods Scheme and questionnaire developed by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention were used to conduct face-to-face surveys among different populations in the area.The data were analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results A total of 1241 subjects were investigated,of whom 423 were female sex workers(FSW),404 drug users(DUS)and 414 pregnant women.The awareness of AIDS/syphilis related knowledge among the different populations mentioned above were 97.87%(414/423),86.88%(351/404),87.20%(361/414),89.83%(380/423),74.01%(299/404),and 62.32%(258/414),with a total rate of 90.73%(1126/1241)and 75.50%(937/1241)respectively.The knowledge of syphilis was mainly learnt from TV,publicity materials,friends,peers or publicity campaign and network.Conclusion The awareness of syphilis-related knowledge among the different populations in Xuhui is relatively low.It is necessary to improve people’s correct cognition of AIDS/syphilis through the extensive health education in the future so as to control AIDS/syphilis spreading effectively.更多还原
