【摘要】 小微企业为税收、就业等作出了重大贡献,但参保比例却逐年下降,违规违法行为时有发生。为进一步了解其影响因素,选取J市数十个行业的1250家小微企业为调研样本,通过问卷调查、实地走访等研究方法,从认知程度、参保情况和参保意愿等三个方面,对其现状进行调查研究,并结合调研数据分析存在的问题,而后从政府、立法两个方面提出对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small and micro enterprises have made a significant contribution to the national tax and job enlargement,but their proportion of participation in social insurance has declined year by year,even resulting in illegal acts. In order to further understand the influencing factors,1250 small and micro enterprises in City J,which cover dozens of industries,have been chosen as the examples of research. Questionnaire surveys and field visits were conducted to research on their status quo including their degree of awareness,insurance participation situation and willingness. In light of the data collected,the paper analyses the existing problems and puts forwards some countermeasures related to government and legislation.更多还原
