《学校卫生综合评价》GB/T 18205-2012在福建省实施情况的跟踪评价

【摘要】 目的为了掌握福建省卫生监督部门和学校对于《学校卫生综合评价》(GB/T 18205-2012)标准的知晓情况、宣贯培训、应用执行以及标准的科学性及实用性、标准应用过程中存在的问题及建议,以期对《学校卫生综合评价》标准的修订提供科学依据。方法以问卷调查的形式,分层抽样法选取9个设区市卫生监督部门、45个县(市、区)级卫生监督部门、102所学校;对回收的调查表汇总后用Epi Data建库录入核对调查数据,数据在EXCEL和SPSS17.0统计软件下进行整理和分析。结果本次问卷调查结果中,回收的120所单位(卫生监督部门和学校)中,有88.3%(106/120)的单位知晓该标准;在106所知晓该标准的单位中,有51.9%(55/106)的单位进行了标准的宣贯培训;有59.4%(63/106)的单位在学校卫生工作中应用了该标准;有23.6%(25/106)的单位认为9个关键指标的设置和划分不合理;有26.4%(28/106)的单位认为5个重要指标的设置和划分不合理。结论此次调查结果中,《学校卫生综合评价》(GB/T 18205-2012)标准作为我国目前对于学校卫生管理及监测工作评价的最新标准,其指导意义和社会效益是显而易见的,但目前标准无论在知晓率、宣传培训或是实施水平等方面都有待加强和提高。卫生监督部门应和教育部门密切配合,进一步加强标准的宣传培训,稳步推进学校卫生综合评价工作的开展,并在今后标准的应用和实施过程中,不断结合工作实际,多方位地开展该标准各类指标的跟踪评价工作,以不断提高该标准的科学性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to master the knowledge, education and training, application, for The School Health Comprehensive Evaluation(GB/T 18205-2012) among the health supervision departments and schools in Fujian Province,and the standard is scientific and practical, the existing problems and suggestions in the process of application, in order to provide the scientific basis for revision of The School Health Comprehensive Evaluation. Methods Stratified random sampling nine municipal health supervision departments, 45 counties health supervision departments and 102 schools, and survey with questionnaire. The recycling questionnaire were collected and analysed with Epi Data, EXCEL and SPSS17.0. Results 88.3%(106/120) of the respondents know the standard, 51.9%(55/106) of the respondents have educated the standard and 59.4%(63/106) have implemented the standard during their work. 23.6%(25/106) of the respondents thought that the 9 key indicators are unreasonable and 26.4%(28/106) thought the five important indicators are not reasonable. Conclusion The School Health Comprehensive Evaluation Standard(GB/T 18205-18205) is significance and social benefits for school health management and monitoring in our country. But the knowledge, education and implementation of the standard should be improved.
