【摘要】 目的研究对妊娠期合并糖尿病的孕妇进行健康教育产生的效果,从而寻找出更好的治疗干预方法 ,保证母婴的健康。方法对来该院的患者进行健康教育观察她们的康复效果还有康复速度,对患者进行相应的饮食控制计划,安排合理的食谱,与患者进行及时的沟通对她们进行相关的医疗知识普及,适时的督促患者进行适当的运动,以便患者能更好的康复。通过对数据的整理分析得到合理的结果。结果通过进行健康教育之后数据表明,对妊娠合并糖尿病进行健康教育之后,患者的康复速度明显的加快,而且患者的康复效果也明显转好。这些都是之前没有进行健康教育所不能达到的结果。结论加强患者对妊娠合并糖尿病的疾病的认识,适量的控制患者的饮食习惯,增加相应的运动锻炼可以很好的达到改善并治愈妊娠合并糖尿病的目的。增加对患者的健康教育,能够减少患者并发症的产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of health education for pregnant women in gestation period thus finding out better treatment methods of gestation and diabetes in order to better ensure the maternal and child health. Methods The recovery effect and speed of patients for health education in our hospital were observed, the patients were given corresponding diet control plan, rational recipe, timely communication and relevant medical knowledge, and the patients were urged to take appropriate exercises in order to better recover, and the rational results were obtained by the arrangement and analysis of data. Results The data showed that after health education, the recovery speed of patients obviously increased, and the recovery effect of patients was obviously improved, before health education, these results could not be achieved. Conclusion Enhancing the patient’s awareness of gestation and diabetes, appropriate control of patient’s diet habit and increasing corresponding exercises can better improve and cure gestation and diabetes.
