【摘要】 目的分析系统护理对乳腺癌患者围手术期癌因性疲乏与生活质量影响。方法回顾性分析2014年10月~2016年4月收治的97例乳腺癌患者临床资料,分为对照组(48例)、观察组(49例),前者行常规护理,后者行系统护理,观察比较两组护理疗效及生活质量度。结果两组疲乏程度、认知程度、行为严重度、感觉度均较护理前上升,但观察组上升幅度较对照组小(P<0.05)。结论对围手术期乳腺癌患者行系统护理能有效减轻癌因性疲乏程度,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing care on cancer related fatigue and quality of life in patients with breast cancer during perioperative period. Methods The clinical data of 97 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital from October 2014 to April 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,the patients were divided into the control group(48 cases),the observation group(49 cases),the former received routine nursing care,and the latter used systematic nursing,then observed and compared between the two groups curative effect and nursing quality of life. Results The two groups of fatigue,cognitive,behavioral severity,sensory were higher than before,but the observation group increased was significantly smaller compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing care can effectively reduce the degree of fatigue and improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period.更多还原
