【摘要】 目的分析改良床旁肺部超声(BLUE)评估方案在重症患者肺实变和肺不张诊断中的应用价值。方法取重症监护室患者43例,患者连续48 h机械通气,对患者取胸部CT、BLUE及改良BLUE评估方案对患者肺实变与肺不张予以检查。结果改良BLUE方案对肺实变与肺不张检出率与检出准确率均高于BLUE方案,P<0.05;改良BLUE方案与胸部CT相比,P>0.05。结论改良BLUE评估方案能提高重症患者肺实变与肺不张诊断准确性,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis of evaluation methods for the improvement of bedside ultrasound(BLUE)lung in patients with severe pulmonary consolidation and the value of the diagnosis of atelectasis. Methods 43 patients with intensive care unit,48 h consecutive patients with mechanical ventilation,to patients to take the chest CT improved BLUE,BLUE,and assessment scheme for patients with atelectasis of consolidation of the lung to check. Results The improved BLUE solution of consolidation of the lung and atelectasis detection rate and detection accuracy was higher than the BLUE solution,P < 0.05. Improved BLUE solution compared with chest CT,P > 0.05. Conclusion BLUE evaluation scheme can improve the patients with severe pulmonary consolidation and atelectasis diagnosis accuracy,and high safety.更多还原
