【摘要】 目的探讨临床上应用利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2012年3月~2016年3月全国45家医疗机构所收集的首发精神分裂症患者资料1 168份,给予所有患者利培酮治疗,并依据给予药物剂量的不同,划分为高剂量组(对照组584例)与低剂量组(观察组584例)两组,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果依据精神病评定量表对利培酮的治疗效果进行评定,其中观察组在试验结束时的减分率达到了(76.11±17.25)分;对照组患者的减分率达到了(73.05±31.14)分,其组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在治疗首发精神分裂症时,可以采用利培酮进行治疗,以≤4 mg的剂量便能够达到较为良好的治疗效果,而若要增加使用剂量则治疗效果提升较低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the data collected from the first episode of schizophrenia in 45 medical institutions in china from March 2012 to March 2016. All patients were treated with risperidone,and according to the given different doses of the drug,divided them into the high dose group(control group,n=584)with 584 cases in low dose group(observation group)in two groups,and compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results The reduction rate of the observation group reached(76.11±17.25),the reduction rate of the control group reached(73.05 ±31.14),the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Risperidone can be used in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia. Less than 4mg dose can achieve better therapeutic effect,increase the dose,the enhance effect is not obvious.更多还原
