【摘要】 目的本研究通过检测临床不同病因学分型的缺血性脑卒中患者及对照组血浆中HSP70抗体水平,指导临床对于不同病因学分型的缺血性脑卒中患者早期判断预后,从而指导临床治疗。方法采集临床病例200例,同时进行NIHSS(美国国立卫生院卒中量表)评分及TOAST病因学分型,体检中心健康人群50例为对照组。并分别进行血浆HSP70水平检测。1个月后对缺血性卒中患者200例进行随访,同时再次进行NIHSS评分,进而比较患者不同的预后情况。最终,对所得各项实验数据进行统计学处理,探讨HSP70抗体水平与缺血性脑卒中病因学分型的关系。结果大动脉粥样硬化组、小动脉闭塞组患者血HSP70抗体水平高于其余各组;大动脉粥样硬化组、小动脉闭塞组、心源性栓塞型组患者血HSP70抗体水平高于对照组(P<0.05),其他明确原因组及不明原因型组急性脑梗死患者血HSP70抗体水平与对照组患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初发型缺血性脑卒中患者血浆HSP70水平增高;不同亚型的缺血性卒中患者水平增高不同,其中动脉硬化血栓形成组增高;复发组高于初发组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study through the detection of different clinical subtypes of ischemic stroke patients and the control group. Plasma antiHSP70 antibody levels,clinical guidance for different subtypes of ischemic stroke in patients with early prognosis,so as to guide the clinical treatment. Methods 200 cases of clinical cases were collected,at the same time,NIHSS(national institutes of health stroke scale)score and the cause of TOAST classification,50 cases of healthy people in the physical examination center as control group. Plasma HSP70 levels were detected,respectively. 1 months later,200 patients with ischemic stroke were followed up,and the NIHSS score was once again,and the prognosis of patients were compared. Results The experimental data obtained by the statistical treatment,to investigate the relationship between the HSP70 antibody level in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke subtypes. Conclusion Early hairstyle in ischemic stroke patients plasma level of HSP70 in increased significantly,different subtypes of ischemic stroke in patients with elevated levels of different,the arteriosclerosis thrombosis formation group was significantly increased,recurrence group is higher than that of the first group.更多还原
