【摘要】 目的研究早产儿低体重与胎盘绒毛膜炎的相关性。方法临床纳入186例2014年1月~2015年12月在我院出生的早产儿作为研究组,另选择同期186例在我院出生的足月儿作为对照组。对两组新生儿进行常规胎盘检查,观察两组新生儿胎盘绒毛膜炎发生率。结果研究组、对照组发生率分别为8.06%、1.61%,研究组胎盘绒毛膜炎发生率较高,P<0.05。体重与胎盘绒毛膜炎发生率呈负相关,P<0.05。结论胎盘绒毛膜炎多见于早产患者,且多见于早产儿体重低于1 500 g者,可以推断胎盘绒毛膜炎可能是造成孕妇早产和早产儿体重偏低的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation of low body weight with placental chorioamnionitis for premature infants. Methods 186 premature infants delivered from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as study group. 186 full-term infants were selected as control group. Through the conventional examination,the incidence rate of placental chorioamnionitis for two groups was recorded. Results The incidence rate of placental chorioamnionitis for study group(8.06%)was significantly higher than that of control group(1.61%)(P < 0.05). The low body weight had a negative correlation with the incidence rate of placental chorioamnionitis(P < 0.05). Conclusion The placental chorioamnionitis is commonly seen for premature infants,especially for the infants with body weight(< 1 500 g). It is known that the incidence of placental chorioamnionitis is an important cause on the incidence of premature delivery and the infant’s low body weight.更多还原
