【摘要】 目的观察胫骨平台骨折行LISS钢板微创治疗的效果。方法回顾性选取我院2014年10月~2015年12月治疗的96例胫骨平台骨折患者临床资料,分为观察组(51例)和对照组(45例),前者采取LISS钢板微创固定,后者采用解剖钢板固定,观察比较两组患者出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、膝关节自由活动度及功能优良率。结果观察组膝关节自由活动度和功能优良率均优于对照组,比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用胫骨平台骨折行LISS钢板微创治疗,能有效改善患者骨折愈合情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of tibial plateau fractures using LISS plate minimally invasive treatment. Methods Retrospectively chosed the clinical data of 96 patients with tibial plateau fractures in our hospital from October 2014 to December 2015,divided into observation group(51 cases) and control group(45 cases). The former took minimally invasive LISS plate fixation,the later using anatomical plate fixation. Two groups were observed in patients with blood loss,operation time,fracture healing time,hospitalization time,freedom of knee function and activity excellent rate. Results Observation group of knee function and excellent freedom of motion were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Using LISS plate minimally invasive treatment for tibial plateau fractures,patients can effectively improve fracture healing.更多还原
