【摘要】 目的研究术前预防性肠外营养支持对于进展期胃癌(AGC)患者预后的影响。方法选取我院收治的进展期胃癌患者180例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各90例。给予治疗组术前预防性肠外营养支持治疗,给予对照组传统营养支持治疗,记录两组术前和术后患者血清蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)、总胆红素(TBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)变化,以及并发症发生率等。结果术后3 d、7 d,治疗组ALB、PAB指标水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d,治疗组TBIL、ALT指标水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期肠外营养支持能够降低进展期胃癌患者术后并发症发生率,加快恢复患者的肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of preoperative prophylactic parenteral nutrition support for patients with advanced gastric cancer(AGC). Methods Selected 180 cases of patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,90 cases each. The treatment group was given preoperative prophylactic parenteral nutrition support,and the control group was treated with traditional nutrition support. Records of both groups of serum albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB),total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)changes,as well as complications,mortality and so on. Results Postoperative 3 d,7 d,the treatment group of ALB,PAB index levels were higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05). After 7 d,the treatment group of TBIL,ALT index level were lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Treatment group of the incidence of complications were lower than the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early parenteral nutrition support can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with advanced gastric cancer,speed up the recovery in patients with liver function.更多还原
