【摘要】 目的观察针刺结合动力灸治疗冈下肌综合征的临床疗效。方法将冈下肌综合征患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(28例),治疗组采用针刺结合动力灸,对照组采用单纯针刺,治疗2个疗程后观察两组临床疗效及疼痛缓解程度,并进行对比。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组为71.4%,两组经χ2检验,χ2=4.87,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论针刺结合动力灸治疗冈下肌综合征疗效确切,副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and motion moxibustion treatment on the infraspinatus muscle syndrome. Methods The infraspinatus syndrome patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(28 cases),the treatment group received acupuncture and motion moxibustion for treatment,control group received simple acupuncture. After two courses of treatment,observing two groups of clinical efficacy and pain relief and contrasting. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,the control group was 71.4%,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Efficacy of acupuncture and motion moxibustion treatment on the infraspinatus syndrome was sure,and have small side effect.更多还原
