252例泌尿系感染大肠埃希菌耐药趋势分析

【摘要】 目的研究泌尿系感染中病原菌的分布以及大肠埃希菌的耐药趋势,为合理用药及临床治疗提供重要的参考依据。方法收集2014年4月~2015年8月本院泌尿系感染的病原菌分布进行分析,其中252株大肠埃希菌进行耐药性分析,数据采用WHO-NET5.0进行统计。结果共检出568株病原菌,以大肠埃希菌为主,252株占44.4%。对复方新诺明、四环素等的耐药率较高,对美罗培南、亚胺培南敏感性良好。结论根据药敏合理选择抗生素仍是治疗糖尿病合并泌尿系感染的重要依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the drug resistance of Escherichia coli in urinary tract infections so as to provide important reference of antibiotics. Methods The urine culture were applied to patients with urinary tract infections from 2014 to 2015. The drug sensitivity test were implemented to Escherichia coli infections and clinical date was statistically analyzed by WHO-NET 5.0 software. Results Totally 568 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected from Patients with urinary tract infection in which there were 252 Escherichia coli and the proportion was 44.4%. The drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli to SMZ-TMP and Polycycline was high but nor to Meropenem and Imienem. Conclusion It is very important to use antibiotics reasonably according to drug sensitivity test.
