【摘要】 目的:了解BC-6800全自动血液分析仪的分析性能。方法:按CLIS和ICSH的标准从精密度、携带污染、线性、相关性等方面对BC-6800的性能进行评价。结果:BC-6800检测血液样本WBC、RBC、HGB、MCV、PLT等指标的批内及批间精密度很好;WBC、HGB的携带污染率为0,而RBC为0.30%,PLT为0.18%,四项基本指标的携带污染率均在要求的标准内;WBC、RBC、HGB和PLT的R2都大于0.99,BC-6800仪器稀释功能良好;BC-6800手动和自动模式配对检验P值均大于0.05,其在不同模式间测试无统计学差异;BC-6800与LH750比较时,配对检验P值均大于0.05,与LH750间结果无统计学差异。结论:BC-6800检测性能良好,检测快捷,是一种能满足临床应用和临床实验室检测的要求的血细胞分析仪。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Understanding the analytical performance of BC-6800 automated hematology analyzer. Method:To evaluate the performance of BC-6800,according to CLIS and ICSH standards from precision, pollution, linear, correlation and other aspects. Results: BC-6800 blood samples WBC, RBC, HGB, MCV, PLT and other indexes of intra and inter batch precision is good; WBC, HGB carryover rate is 0, RBC is 0.30%, PLT was 0.18%, four basic indicators of carryover were within the standards; WBC, RBC, HGB and PLT R2 is greater than 0.99.
