利用东湖淤泥制备烧结砖的研究
Research on the Preparation of Sintered Brick by East Lake Silt
【摘要】 以武汉市东湖淤泥作主要原料制备承重烧结砖,综合研究并分析粉煤灰、氧化铁、原料细度、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明,在粉煤灰掺量为30%、细度0.9mm的淤泥为69%、氧化铁为1%、焙烧1 050℃、焙烧时间90min的条件下制得线收缩率为3.2%、表观密度为1.643g/cm3、吸水率为8.9%、抗压强度为37.92 MPa的烧结砖。通过XDR、SEM分析烧结砖成分组成与结构形貌,发现影响烧结砖的主要因素是粉煤灰掺量、焙烧温度和氧化铁含量,高温会促使氧化铁还原产生气体,内部形成通孔,造成烧结砖膨胀变形,影响烧结砖性能。
【Abstract】 The silt of East Lake were used as the main raw material to prepare the bearing sintered brick.Orthogonal test was used to test and analyze the effects of fly ash,iron oxide,raw material fineness,calcination temperature and baking time on the properties of sintered bricks.The sintered bricks with the linear shrinkage of 3.2%,the apparent density of1.643g/cm~3,the water absorption rate of 8.9%,and the compression strength of 37.92 MPa were prepared with appropriate processs(fly ash 30%,the silt 69%,raw material fineness 0.9 mm,the iron oxide 1%,calcination temperature1 050 ℃,and calcination time 90min).
