【摘要】 目的:分析厦门市实施药品零差价政策对专科医院经济运营情况的影响程度,并提出一些建设性的建议。方法:对该专科医院实施药品零差价政策前后的工作量、收入情况、经济运营效益、职工薪酬变化以及药品零差价损失的补偿情况等进行分析。结果:工作量、收入等稳步增长;药品零差价损失完全得到补偿;经济运营效果良好,患者均次费用不降反升。结论:实行药品零差价政策,对专科医院经济运营的影响是积极的,成效显而易见。但看病贵并没有得到有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the impact degree of drug price zero-addition policy on economy management of the specializedhospitals in Xiamen and promote some constructive proposals.Methods:The workload, income status, economic operation efficiency,employee salary changes and the compensation status of drug price zero-addition policy before and after the implementation of drugprice zero-addition policy in specialized hospitals were analyzed.Results:The workload and income increased steadily; the loss of ze-ro-addition price had been compensated completely; the economic operation effect was well while the patients’ average costs de-creased.Conclusion:It was obvious that the drug price zero-addition policy had positive impact, but high treatment expense was noteffectively controlled.更多还原
