某大型风力发电机振动分析与控制研究
VIBRATION ANALYSIS AND CONTROL RESEARCH OF CERTAIN LARGE SCALE WIND TURBINE
【摘要】 针对某大型风力发电机振动问题,首先对其进行现场测试及振动特性分析确定激振源频率;其次,结合振动表象采用有限元模态计算和模态试验相结合的方式对发电机整体及组件进行振源和固有频率分析,找出异常振动的根本原因;最后有针对性地进行结构优化改进,达到更改发电机组件固有频率的目的,发电机现场扫频和并网测试发生振动的问题得到根本解决。该文提出对发电机振动分析与控制的解决思路,对发电机的设计也起到重要指导作用。
【Abstract】 Aiming at vibration problem of certain large scale wind turbine,first of all,spot test and vibration characteristic analysis were taken to determine the frequency of excitation source;Secondly,combining the vibration appearance,the combination of modal calculation and modal testing of finite element was used to analyze vibration sources and natural frequency of generator overall and components,and to identify the fundamental cause of abnormal vibration;and finally,the structure optimization and improvement were operated pointedly to change the natural frequency of generator assembly,vibration problems for on-site sweeping test and on-grid test of generator were fundamentally solved.The vibration analysis and control ideas for the generator design will play very important role.
