【摘要】 南京国民政府成立后,十分重视对国外留学生的人才培养。为了鼓励成绩优异但家庭贫寒的国外自费留学生,地方主张实行奖学金政策。由于省情的不同,各地对奖学金政策的程序、金额与名额的设立都有所不同。对国外自费留学生实施奖学金政策,在一定程度上缓解了学子的求学压力,提高了学子的学识素养,但是奖学金政策的作用是有限的,其作用不应被高估。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government,great importance was attached to the cultivation of the students studying abroad.In order to encourage students with excellent performance but from poor families to study abroad at their own expense,the scholarship policy was advocated by the local governments.Owing to the different provincial situation,the procedure,sum and number specified by the local scholarship policy were different.The scholarship policy to some extent eased the pressure on the students and improved their academic quality,but its role is limited and cannot be overestimated.更多还原
