【摘要】 目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入在急性百草枯中毒治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性研究急诊科2011年1月-2015年6月的急性百草枯中毒患者,将其分为两组,常规治疗组给予大剂量甲强龙抑制炎症反应,血液净化清除毒物及炎症介质,依达拉奉抗氧自由基,保护重要脏器功能等综合治疗,试验组除给予常规治疗外,给予布地奈德1 mg入0.9%生理盐水4 ml中非氧驱动性雾化吸入,Q6h,观察两组患者的存活率、平均存活时间、呼吸衰竭出现时间。结果试验组较常规治疗组存活率提高,平均存活时间延长,呼吸衰竭出现时间晚,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入治疗急性百草枯中毒有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of budesonide inhalation clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods: A retrospective study was done in acute paraquat PQ intoxication patients in Emergency Department between January 2011 and June 2015,who were divided into two groups,with the conventional treatment group given high dose methylprednisolone inhibition of inflammation and blood purification to remove toxins and inflammatory mediators,and edaravone anti oxygen free radical to protect function of important organs and other comprehensive treatment,and the experimental group given budesonide 1mg into 0. 9% physiological saline 4ml in non oxygen drive atomization inhalation,Q6 h,in addition to the routine treatment,and the survival rate of two groups of patients,the mean survival time,respiratory failure were observed. Results: The survival rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group,the average survival time was prolonged,and the respiratory failure occurred later,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of acute paraquat poisoning has significant effect.更多还原
