【Abstract】 Through an online research of the employment service of the School of Library and Information Science of the University of North Carolina,the paper analyzes the employment information service from four aspects,including early career planning guidance, internship program, recruitment information and field experience.Domestic library and information institutions need to learn from their experience and help students in career planning,internship and job seeking to enhance their core competitiveness to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in employment.更多还原
