【摘要】 目的探讨低血糖昏迷患者的病因及临床特点。方法对该院2013年1月—2016年5月收住院的50例低血糖昏迷病例进行回顾性分析。结果所有低血糖患者早期治疗效果良好,原发病以糖尿病多见。老年患者发病率较高;与非糖尿病组相比,糖尿病组血糖水平低,持续时间短,血清肌酐水平显著增高。结论应加强低血糖的知识宣传,对昏迷患者应常规进行血糖检测,以免延误诊治,造成不可逆损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the causes and clinical features in patients with hypoglycemic coma. Methods All patients with hypoglycemic coma were analyzed retrospectively from January 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital. Results After treatments,50 patients were cured. Most patients suffered from diabetes mellitus. Elderly patients had the high incidence of hypoglycemic coma. Compared with non-diabetic group, blood sugar in diabetic group decreased.The levels of serum creatinine was significantly increased in diabetic group. Conclusion We should carry out more educations for patients to prevent the incidence of hypoglycemia. Blood glucose examination should be warranted for comatose patients, avoid delay the diagnosis and treatment,resulting in irreversible damage.更多还原
