【摘要】 目的对128例肺结核合并糖尿病患者采用利肺片与化疗相结合的方法进行治疗,分析其治疗效果。方法选取256例肺结核合并糖尿病患者并将所有患者随机分为两组,即试验组,以利肺片与化疗相结合的治疗方案进行治疗;对照组,仅采取化疗的方案进行治疗。治疗结束后,分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果在经过6个月的治疗后,试验组有113例(88.28%)患者症状显著缓解,而对照组仅为82例(64.06%),两组差异有统计学意义。另外,两组患者肝肾功能异常情况以及治疗前后GHb A1水平差异无统计学意义。结论对肺结核合并糖尿病患者采用利肺片与化疗相结合的方法进行治疗效果良好,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective 128 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with lung slices benefit in combination with chemotherapy treatment methods to analyze the therapeutic effect.Methods 256 cases of tuberculosis in patients with diabetes and all patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group,in order to facilitate treatment options lung slices in combination with chemotherapy for treatment;control group,only taking chemotherapy for treatment.After treatment,the treatment groups were analyzed.Results After six months of treatment,the experimental group had 113 cases(88.28%) was significantly relieve symptoms,while the control group only 82 cases(64.06%),the difference was significant.In addition,two groups of patients as well as liver and kidney dysfunction before and after treatment GHb A1 levels were not significantly different.Conclusion Tuberculosis patients with diabetes benefit lung slices using the method of combining chemotherapy treatment effect is good,it can be applied in clinical practice.更多还原
