【摘要】 目的讨论糖尿病合并肾病综合征患者的护理。方法对32例糖尿病合并肾病综合征病人进行综合治疗,对患者心理、饮食、药物、健康教育等方面进行护理干预。结果 32例临床病人中,病情好转、肾功能保持稳定30例,无效1例,死亡1例。结论加强糖尿病合并肾病综合征病人的护理可减缓病情进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the nursing care of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 32 cases of diabetic patients with nephrotic syndrome were treated with comprehensive treatment, psychological,diet, medication, health education and other aspects of nursing intervention. Results 32 cases of clinical patients, the condition improved, renal function remained stable in 30 cases, ineffective in 1 cases, 1 cases of death. Conclusion The nursing care of patients with diabetes complicated with nephrotic syndrome can be strengthened to slow down the progression of the disease.更多还原
