【摘要】 网刊发布中,全文电子期刊上传是重要的工作之一,全文电子期刊的名称要与此条网刊数据库中的文章编号一致,因此在上传之前需要对全文文件进行重命名。在获得一期期刊元数据信息的基础上,利用基于对象的VB软件编写了能够自动对该期期刊重命名的软件。通过读取元数据信息获取文章编号列表,将全文电子期刊名称列表读取到待更名列表中,再利用对象重命名函数将该期期刊的文件进行逐条重命名。实际工作中,只需几秒就能完成以往需要的工作,大大提高了工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Uploading full-text journals is one of the important work in network publishing.The name of the full-text electronic journal must be in accordance with journal article number in the online database,therefore renaming full-text files is needed before uploading.Using the object-based VB software,a batch rename program was compiled which can rename issue files automatically through obtaining metadata information of the periodical.By reading metadata information to get the list of article numbers,then the full text electronic journal name list was read to the to-be-changed name list. Then the object function was used to rename the issue of the journal file item by item.In the actual work,using the program just costs a few seconds to rename an issue file which required half a morning’s work in the past.It proves that the work efficiency has been greatly improved.更多还原
