【摘要】 目的:探讨保肾冲剂治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MSPGN)的效果。方法:参考常规方法建立MSPGN模型。将28只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、雷公藤多甙片组(西药组)和保肾冲剂组(中药组),每组7只。造模后治疗前1 d、干预4周、8周、14周,检测24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UP),血肌酐(Scr)、血清β-N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)。结果:治疗前,与空白组比较,模型组、中药组和西药组大鼠24 h UP水平、血清NAG以及血清Scr显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);给药4周、8周和14周后,中药组及西药组24 h UP、血清Scr、血清NAG均显著低于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着给药时间的延长疗效更趋明显。结论:中药保肾冲剂可以降低MSPGN大鼠24 h UP,降低血清Scr及血清NAG水平,作用与雷公藤多甙片相当。提示保肾冲剂对MSPGN模型大鼠肾功能具有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative effect of Baoshen granule on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,MSPGN.Methods The conventional MSPGN model was set up. 28 male SD rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group, triperygium wilfordii multiglucoside tablets group(Western medicine group) and Baoshen granule treatment group(Chinese medicine group),each group contains 7 rabbits. Tests were made and the fi gure of(24- hour urinary protein,24 h UP); Scr;NAGwas recorded 1 day before treatment; 4 weeks;8 weeks;14 weeks during treatment. Results before treatment, the fi gureof 24 h UP,Scr(P<0.05) and NAGof rabbits in model group, Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group wassignifi cantlyhigher compared with blank group; 4 weeks;8 weeks;14 weeks during treatment with Baoshengranule,level of 24 h UP,Scr and NAG of rabbits abated remarkably compared with model group(P<0.05), the curative effect became better and better with longer drug treatment time. ConclusionsBaoshen granule can decrease the level 24 h UP,Scr and NAG of Ms PGNrabbits, indicated that using Baoshen granule will be able to protect the kidney of Ms PGN rabbits.更多还原
