中华鳖胚胎发育的观察及温度对胚胎发育速度的影响
Observation on the Embryonic Development of Soft-shell Turtle Pelodiscus sinensis and the Effect of Incubation Temperature on Embryonic Development Speed
【摘要】 以中华鳖为研究对象,在温度为25℃、29℃、31℃、32℃和32.5℃,相对湿度75%~90%的孵化环境下,从第8天开始连续解剖并观察了各温度组胚胎发育的过程,列出孵化温度29℃时的胚胎发育分期,根据受精卵胚胎日龄及胚胎形态特征变化,将整个胚胎发育过程分为26期,以头部、四肢、背甲及腹甲的变化作为主要分期依据.同时比较了不同孵化温度下中华鳖胚胎发育的速度,结果表明,25℃不利于受精卵的存活,在上述温度范围内孵化速度随孵化温度的升高而加快.
【Abstract】 The incubation experiment of Pelodiscus sinensis has been conducted under the temperature of 25℃, 29℃, 31℃, 32℃ and 32.5℃, with a relative humidity of 75%~90%. From the eighth day on, we dissected and observed the process of embryonic development continuously. When the incubation temperature was at 29℃, the embryonic development was divided into 26 stages according to the appearance of fertilized eggs, embryo daily age and morphological characters. Every stage was mainly determined by the changes of head, limbs, carapace and plastron. Comparing the speed of embryonic development at different temperatures, the result shows that it is not conducive for the fertilized eggs to survive at 25℃ and the hatching speed increases with the rising incubation temperature.
