【摘要】 针对当前海绵城市建设实践大多局限于城市或研究区内部,缺乏内部与外部流域的统筹协调,突出强调低影响开发建设,忽视了老城区硬质化严重、改造难度大等问题,重点探讨海绵城市与流域控制的相互关系以及流域控制的基本措施,简要阐述海绵城市实施方案编制的主要步骤,认为海绵城市建设是多部门、多学科交叉的系统工程,应加强相关基础理论研究与工程建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to some problems of sponge city construction such as the practice of the construction of the sponge city is mostly confined to the city or the research area,lacking of co-ordination between internal and external drainage basins,overemphasizing low impact development,ignoring the fact of hardened city which is difficult to reform,this article focuses on the relationship between the sponge city and the watershed control as well as the basic measures of river basin control,and briefly expounds the main steps in the preparation of the implementation plan of the sponge city. It is considered that the construction of sponge city is a systematic project of multi branch and multi discipline,and related basic theory research and engineering construction should be strengthened.更多还原
