【摘要】 构建一门培养学生的创新思维、分析问题和解决问题的综合实践能力以及科研能力的医学综合实验课程。开设了以医学热点问题为主线的"医学综合实验"课,该课程围绕当前医学热点问题,与临床实践密切结合,充分应用多学科基础医学的实验技术。在教学方法上,以学生为主体,通过对临床病例的讨论,提出问题,分析问题,设计实验,通过实验探讨医学问题。从实验设计到实验的全过程均在教师指导下由学生自主完成。经过教学实践,激发了学生的创新性思维,增强了学生的动手能力,提高了学生对科研工作的兴趣。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the medical comprehensive experiment course in order to train the innovative thinking,laboratory skills and research abilities of students. The course which based on clinical hot issue and combined with clinical practice closely,had multifarious experimental techniques of basic medical science involved. Under the supervision of teachers,the students became the main character in the course who explored the medical issue independently by case discussing,problem raising,experiment designing and laboratory operating. After two semesters teaching,we found that the creative thinking of students has been inspired,the laboratory skill has been enhanced and the interests of research has been aroused. The medical comprehensive experiment course contributes to strengthen the innovative ability training and improve the students’ comprehensive quality.更多还原
