【摘要】 新时期实验室安全已成为高校实验室管理工作的重点内容。文中首先阐述了做好高校实验室安全工作的重要性;其次以马克思主义实践关系为指导,将实验过程,分别从主体、客体、中介三个因素分析了高校实验室的安全管理现状和存在的问题;最后就如何做好实验室安全管理工作尝试提出以下对策:1加强安全教育,牢固树立实验主体的安全意识;2建立可操作的实验室安全标准体系;3加大投入实验室安全硬件软件建设力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Laboratory safety in the new era has become essential in management of university laboratories. In this paper,the importance of laboratories safety in university was first expounded; then,using Marxism practical relation as a guideline and taking the experimental process as a practical activity,the present situation and the existing problems of the university laboratory safety management were analyzed in light of subject factor,object factor and mediation factor,respectively. Finally,the strategies for laboratory safety management in universities were proposed as follows:( 1) To strengthen safety education and firmly establish safety awareness of experimental subject;( 2) To establish an operable standard system for laboratory safety;( 3) To increase its input in the hardware and software for construction of laboratory safety.更多还原
