【摘要】 为培养高素质的海警舰艇专业技术人才,更好地服务海警部队建设,加强海警舰艇仿真训练中心教学团队建设是提高实验教学水平和完善实践教学体系的重要环节。针对海警舰艇仿真训练中心实验教学团队建设的现状和存在的问题,以完善学科专业体系为出发点,提出建设计算机仿真技术基础研究教学团队和海警舰艇仿真论证团队的基本思路。分析实验教学团队内涵建设的基本内容,提出优化师资队伍结构、提高实验教学队伍的整体素质、以及建设"双师型"实验教学团队的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to cultivate professional technique-specialists with high qualities,who may better serve the marine police force. Strengthening the lecture teams in the marine-police ship-simulation training center is the key point of improving the experimental lecturing level and updating the practice training system. This paper presented several ways to build lecture teams in the marine-police ship-simulation training center. Based on improving the discipline system,we proposed how to build a lecture team by computer simulation technology,and a team on maritime-police ship-simulation demonstration. Experiment lecture teams were also suggested to optimize the structure of the faculties,and improve the qualities of experiment courses carriers. We also suggested ways to construct " double qualification" experiment-teaching teams.更多还原
