【摘要】 目的 探讨Fogarty导管取栓术治疗手部血管药物栓塞的经验和体会。方法 2002年1月-2014年6月,对发生在12 h内的6例手部血管栓塞患者全部行Fogarty导管取栓术。术中均向栓塞远、近端动脉内注入肝素钠盐水,术后配合抗感染、抗凝血及抗痉挛治疗。结果 本组6例患指均得以保全,并恢复良好。结论 Fogarty导管取栓术治疗手部血管药物栓塞具有良好的效果,是手部药物栓塞治疗的有效方案之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the experience of Fogarty catheter embolectomy in angiogenic drugs embolism of hand.Methods 6 patients were all treated by Fogarty catheter embolectomy in 12 hours when the blood clots occured.Heparin saline were injected into the blocked arteries during the operation.Anti-infective,anticoagulation and thrombolysis were supplied postoperatively.Results The prevalence finger of all the 6 patients were able to preserve and got well.Conclusion Fogarty catheter embolectomy can get good effect in the treatment of angiogenic drugs embolism of hand,and is the one of the treatments of angiogenic drugs embolism of hand.更多还原
