【摘要】 目的 探讨可吸收螺钉在肱骨远端单髁及肱骨小头骨折中的临床应用效果。方法 2009年1月-2014年1月对18例肱骨远端骨折采用可吸收螺钉内固定治疗。结果 所有病例均获随访,随访时间10~48个月,平均26个月。骨折全部愈合,无伤口感染及内固定松动和断裂。Cassebaum评分,优6例,良10例,可2例;优良率88.9%。结论 可吸收螺钉治疗肱骨远端单髁及肱骨小头骨折具有操作简便、可避免二次手术痛苦、术后关节功能恢复良好等优点,疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect of absorbable screw in distal humerus unicondylar knee fracture and capitulum humeral fracture,and provide evidence for its clinical use.Methods Internal fixation with absorbable screw method was adopted in 18 distal humerus unicondylar knee fracture cases from January 2009 to January 2014.Results All cases were followed up for 10 to 48 months,and average follow-up time was 26 months,and all the fractures healed,with no wound infection and internal fixation loosening and breakage.Cassebaum scoring,excellent in 6 cases,good in 10 cases,fair in 2 cases.The excellent rate was 88.9%.Conclusion The treatment of distal humerus unicondylar knee fracture and capitulum humeral fracture using absorbable screw was simple operation,avoiding a second surgery pain,and good recovery of joint function after operation,and satisfactory results.更多还原
