【摘要】 目的 探讨游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手足部皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 对2011年4月-2014年2月采用游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复的8例手足部皮肤软组织缺损病例进行回顾性分析。切取皮瓣大小6.0 cm×6.0 cm~5.5 cm×11.0 cm。结果 本组8例全部成活,术后随访4~12个月。其中7例皮瓣外形良好,1例修复足(?)趾皮瓣较臃肿。小腿皮瓣供区均直接缝合,对肢体活动无影响。结论 游离腓动脉穿支皮瓣供区损伤小,皮瓣质量好,是修复手足部中、小面积皮肤软组织缺损的理想方法 之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the outcomes of the free peroneal artery perforator flaps for reconstruction of hand and foot defects.Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 8 patients treated with the free peroneal artery perforator flap for repairing hand or foot defect from April 2011 to February 2014.Seven patients were male and one patient was female with an average age of 27.5(range:22—42 years).The flaps size ranged from 6.0 cm× 6.0 cm to 5.5 cm× 11.0 cm.Results All flaps survived completely.Average follow-up period ranged from 4 months to one year.All the donor-site defects were closed primarily.One flap repairing the hallux defect had bulky contour,and the appearances of all the others were favorable.Donor limbs regained full motion range at the follow-up visit.Conclusion The advantages of the free peroneal artery perforator flap include an excellent tissue quality and minimal donor-site morbidity.The study confirms that the free peroneal artery perforator flap is a reliable opinion for reconstructing small to median size defects at hand and foot.更多还原
