【摘要】 开展大学生实践技能竞赛是提高大学生创新能力和工程实践能力的重要举措之一。目前水利工程专业大学生实践技能竞赛作品缺乏创新性,并与水利工程技术实际相脱节;大学生参与技能竞赛人数比例小,全面提升大学生技能范围受限;参与竞赛内容缺乏专业间协同创新,大学生竞赛群体的专业结构单一;没有完善的专业教师激励机制,技能竞赛指导教师缺乏参与热情;缺乏技能竞赛考核体系,大学生实践技能竞赛不能可持续发展。因此,水利工程专业大学生实践技能竞赛必须增强技能竞赛作品的创新性,增加大学生参加技能竞赛数量及其比例,拓展技能竞赛专业参与体系,创新教师参与大学生实践技能竞赛的激励制度,构建大学生实践技能竞赛评价标准体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The practical skills contest of college students is one of the important moves to the improvement of student abilities of innovation and engineering practice. The development of the practical skills contest of college students and its problems existing at home and abroad are analyzed in view of the cultivation characteristics of college students of water conservancy engineering in agricultural colleges and universities and the employment requirements they have to meet. Results show that the following problems exist in the practical skills contest of college students majoring in water conservancy engineering: The contest works lack of innovation and are out of line with the reality of the hydraulic engineering technology; students who take part in the skills contest occupy so small a proportion that the comprehensive extensive improvement of the skills of college students is limited; what is provided for the contest lacks of synergistic innovation between different specialties so that the specialty structure of contest groups is very single; there is not a complete excitation mechanism for teachers of specialty so that the teachers in charge of coaching the skills contest are reluctant to take part in the skills contest; and the lack of an assessment system causes the practical skills contest of college students to fail in sustainable development. It is necessary for the practical skills contest of college students majoring in water conservancy engineering to enhance the innovation of contest works,increase the number and proportion of college students who take part in the contest,expand the specialty participation system for the skills contest,innovate the excitation mechanism for both students and teachers to take part in the skills contest,and construct an assessment system for the practical skills contest of college students.更多还原
