碳点的制备及其光电响应的研究

【摘要】 以蔗糖为碳源制备了碳点,用透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、紫外光谱和荧光光谱进行了表征,该碳点呈准球形,粒径在2nm左右,并且表面带有羟基、羧基等水溶性基团。碳点溶液的最大吸收波长为286nm,最大荧光发射波长为526nm。溶液酸度对荧光强度和发射峰的位置有一定影响。将制备的碳点沉积于ITO电极表面后,进行光电流、光电压测试,与空白ITO电极相比,修饰后的电极光电流增大3.3倍,光电压增大5.3倍。

【Abstract】 The fluorescence carbon dots(CDs)were prepared by using sucrose as the carbon sources,and were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,UV-Vis absorption,fluorescent spectroscopy.These spherical CDs with a particle size about 2nm were observed.The maximum absorbance and emission maxima of CDs solution were recorded at 286 nm and 526 nm,respectively.Furthermore,the acidity of solution was also a key factor influencing the emission peak and the fluorescence intensity.Photocurrent and photovoltage response were also performed in the paper,compared with black group,the photocurrent and phtovoltage of modified electrode have increased 3.3times and 5.3times,respectively.
