聚酯改性数据分析及化学结构分析
Data and Chemical Structure Analysis of Polyester Modification
【摘要】 随着科学技术的进步以及高分子材料科学研究的不断深入,对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)改性的研究已经取得了很好的进展。通过收集文献中的大量数据,首次把大数据分析技术应用于材料科学研究中,归纳总结出Tg、Tm不同范围所对应的常用改性剂种类及改性剂添加量,并从化学结构中基团贡献的角度出发,对不同的基团改性PET所做的贡献进行解释和分析,从而更好地为聚酯改性的理论、生产和应用服务,具有非常重要的理论意义和实际意义。
【Abstract】 With the progress of science and technology,as well as the deepening of polymer materials science,good progress had been made in the research on the modification of polyethylene terephthalate. By collecting a large amount of data from the literature,the data analysis techniques applied to materials science research for the first time,summarized the modifier as well as modifier recruitment correspondence to different ranges of Tgand Tm. Then from the viewpoint of chemical structure of group contribution,modification of different groups explained and analyzed the contribution to the PET,better for polyester modified theory,production and application services,it had very important theoretical and practical significance.
