雷氏乳杆菌S1L19产γ-氨基丁酸的鉴定
Identification of Gama-aminobutyric acid production of Lactobacillus curieae S1L19
【摘要】 雷氏乳杆菌S1L19(Lactobacillus curieae S1L19)分离自臭豆腐卤液,已被鉴定为是1种新型菌株。通过薄层层析法检测到S1L19具有产γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的功能,然后用高效液相色谱法进行了验证。而经过同分异构体干扰的排除,加样实验的验证以及不同衍生化方法的重复实验,进一步证实了S1L19确实具有产GABA的能力。
【Abstract】 L.curieae S1L19 is a novel species in the L.buchneri clade isolated from stinky tofu brine in Shanghai,China.The γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)production of L.curieae S1L19 was discovered by thin layer chromatography(TLC)and then quantified by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).After excluding the possibility of isomers of GABA,and different derivatization methods,the GABA productivity of L.curieae S1L19 was confirmed.
