【摘要】 目的观察创疡贴治疗压疮的临床疗效,并探讨护理体会。方法将大连市第二人民医院2015年1月-2016年2月收治的54例压疮患者随机分为治疗组(27例)与对照组(27例),其中对照组患者压疮创面采用传统疗法治疗,治疗组患者压疮创面采用创疡贴治疗,观察两组患者创面愈合时间及愈合效果,并探讨护理体会。结果两组患者I期创面平均愈合时间对比,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;I、Ⅱ期混合创面和Ⅱ、Ⅲ期混合创面平均愈合时间对比,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗4周后,治疗组患者的治愈率和总有效率分别为48.15%和96.30%,明显高于对照组的22.22%和70.37%,两组对比,P均<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论创疡贴对不同分期的压疮均有良好的疗效,不仅能明显缩短创面愈合时间,而且操作简便,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of pressure ulcers and summarize the nursing experience during the treatment course.Methods Fifty-four patients with pressure ulcers admitted to Dalian Second People’s Hospital between January 2015 and February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups;treatment group(27 patients) and control group(27 patients).Pressure ulcer wounds in the control group were treated with conventional dressing change method while the pressure ulcer wounds in the treatment group were treated by MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressings.The wound healing time and the clinical outcome were then recorded and the experience in nursing these patients was summarized.Results The difference between the average healing time of stage Ⅰ wounds in the treatment group and control group was statistically significant(P <0.01);the average healing times of mixed stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ wounds and mixed stage Ⅱ- Ⅲ wounds between the two groups were also significantly different(P <0.05);4 weeks after the treatment,the recovery rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were 48.15%and 96.30%respectively,being significantly higher than that in the control group(22.22%and 70.37%respectively),P <0.01.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is significant in treating pressure ulcers of various stages,with remarkably shortened wound healing time and simple procedure,and the therapy can be widely used in the treatment of pressure ulcers.更多还原
