【摘要】 目的讨论胃癌的临床诊断及预后判断中血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ的应用价值。方法选取2014年6月—2015年3月间于本院住院治疗的胃癌患者38例为胃癌组,另选同期住院的胃溃疡患者53例(溃疡组),3年前治疗的胃癌术后患者11例(预后组)以及体格健康者63例(对照组),所有参与研究者均进行PGⅠ、PGⅡ、MG-7Ag含量的测定,计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果对照组PGⅠ为(97.63±32.58)ng/ml,溃疡组为(252.32±73.17)ng/ml,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组PGⅡ为(37.92±14.12)ng/ml,溃疡组为(32.74±5.92)ng/ml,两组对比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);胃癌组PGⅠ、PGⅡ为(30.97±9.89)、(9.74±6.87)ng/ml,均较对照组低,对比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);预后组为(131.24±49.87)、(24.03±14.32)ng/ml,较胃癌组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。胃癌诊断中,PGⅠ的灵敏度及特异性为78.2%以及93.2%,MG-7Ag为58.3%及82.1%,与MG-7Ag试验相比PGⅠ优势明显。结论在胃癌的临床诊断、疗效观察及预后中,血清胃蛋白酶原水平测定效果均显著于MG-7Ag。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer serum pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),Ⅱ(PGⅡ)of value.Methods From June 2014 to March 2015 we chose patients in our hospital,38 cases of gastric cancer,gastric ulcer patients hospitalized in the same period 53 cases alternative(ulcer group),postoperative treatment of stomach cancer three years ago,11 cases(prognosis group) and physical health(control group) 63 cases.All in the study were caught PGⅠ,PGⅡ determination of the content of the measurement results and MG- 7Ag contrast,measurement data using the t test,count data using χ2test,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results In control group,PGⅠ was(97.63±32.58)ng/ml,(252.32±73.17)ng/ml in ulcer group.There’s statistically significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).In the control group,PGⅡ was(37.92±14.12)ng/ml,(32.74±5.92)ng/ml in ulcer group.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The PGⅠ and PGⅡ of gastric cancer group were(30.97±9.89),(9.74±6.87)ng/ml,lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The PGⅠ and PGⅡof prognosis group were(131.24±49.87),(24.03±14.32)ng/ml,compared with gastric cancer,the differences were significantly higher(all P<0.05).The two methods in the diagnosis of gastric cancer got sensitivity and specificity of 58.3%,82.1% and 78.2%,93.2%.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer,the efficacy and prognosis of serum pepsinogen levels were measured were significantly better than the MG- 7Ag.更多还原
