【摘要】 泗河是南四湖湖东地区最大的山洪河道,也是山东省着力打造的首批生态河道,国家发展战略和信息化方针的调整对泗河水利工程信息化管理工作提出新的要求。结合泗河现状和规划发展远景,就"智慧泗河"的建设目标、内容和设计方案展开分析和探讨,提出"智慧泗河"项目要重点为雨洪资源充分利用和保证河道生态系统均衡发展提供信息化的管理手段,并指出"智慧泗河"建设需要认真研究和思考的关键问题。"智慧泗河"的建设可为类似的生态河流工程信息化建设提供借鉴思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Si River is the biggest mountain torrent river in east of Nansi Lake. It is the first batch ecological river created with effort by Shandong province. The national development strategy and information policy adjustment puts forward new requirements on the Si River water conservancy project information management. Combining with the Si River situation and development planning perspective, the article analyses and discusses about the construction goal, construction content and design scheme of "Wisdom Si River", proposes the project should focus on the information management tools of full utilization of rain and flood resources and guarantee of balanced development of river ecological system, and points out the key problems of construction of "Wisdom Si River" which need to think seriously and study.
