架空输水钢管新型滑动支座研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种架空输水钢管新型滑动支座,该支座将工程塑料合金自润滑材料与传统滑动支座结合,具有承载能力高、滑动摩擦系数小、结构简单、安装加工方便、使用寿命长、免维护等优点。降低了钢管支座处的轴向荷载,从而简化了混凝土排架柱设计。

【Abstract】 In the paper,an overhead water conveyance steel pipe novel sliding support is introduced. Engineering plastic alloy self-lubricating materials is combined with traditional sliding support in the support. It has advantages of high bearing capacity,small sliding friction coefficient,simple structure,convenient installation and processing,long service life,maintenance-free,etc. Axial load on the steel pipe support is reduced,thereby simplifying concrete bent frame column design.
